INFORMATION.
The establishment of an interdisciplinary sustainability team underscores the efforts of the KRONE Group to align economic, social, and environmental requirements.
As part of the materiality analysis, the following topics have been identified as essential for the sustainability efforts of the KRONE Group: Climate change, environmental pollution, resource utilization and circular economy, own workforce, labor force in the value chain, consumers and end users, corporate policies.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Information.
Die Reduzierung unserer CO2-Emissionen in unsere vor- und nachgelagerten Wertschöpfungskette (Scope 3) erreichen wir insbesondere durch eine nachhaltige Optimierung unserer eingekauften Materialien sowie eine umweltfreundliche Produktentwicklung. Darüber hinaus möchten wir unsere eigenen Emissionen (Scope 1 und Scope 2) durch die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien zu reduzieren.
SOCIAL
Information.
The KRONE Group has always placed great emphasis on fair and safe working conditions. This is ensured through job-related compensation, operational health management, and employee training. In addition, a Supplier Compliance Management System has been implemented along the value chain to ensure environmental and social standards.
Governance
Information.
The basis of our corporate governance is our Compliance Management System, which the board of the KRONE Group has implemented for damage prevention and risk control. Taking into account the specific company factors, the system can ensure that risks of material violations of laws and internal rules are identified in good time and that systematic violations are prevented with a high degree of probability.
